I am in Japan; can I visit the shop?

I am very sorry, but Suiboku is an online sales specialised shop, and as so, I do not have a space to welcome customers.

Do you ship to my country?

As much as we would like to ship everywhere in the world, some countries have very opaque and arbitrary customs clearance processes. We generally avoid delivery to those countries. If your country is not available in the destinations list on the checkout page, please contact us.

Do you have a return / refund policy?

Every piece of calligraphy sold on Suiboku Shop is a one-of-a-kind work of art, brushed by hand on natural materials. As a result, our calligraphies cannot be returned.

Do you sell custom-made calligraphy?

What payment methods do you offer?

We accept credit card payment (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX), as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.

Which currency do you accept?

Our prices are set in Japanese YEN.

Conversions between your currency and JPY are automatic and fully transparent when making payments by credit card. Exchange rates and fees are handled by your bank.

What about credit card security?

Our checkout page is totally protected using the most up-to-date technology supplied by Shopify, the world's leading online shopping cart solution with an excellent security reputation.
